Anabolic / androgenic steroids.
Pharmacological properties
Pharmacodynamics Administration of the hormone Methenolone promotes a direct anabolic effect on the activity of androgen receptors (AR). The AR activity that Methenolone promotes increases IGF-1 and IGF-1R levels, which then enhances skeletal muscle protein gain. Then, the activation and proliferation of satellite cells promotes increased skeletal muscle growth. Methenolone Enanthate is a prodrug of Methenolone. Like other AAS, Methenolone is an androgen receptor (AR) agonist and therefore has anabolic and androgenic activity as well as antigonadotropic activity. Methenolone has a score of both anabolic and androgenic activity of 500 compared to the nandrolone acetate standard (a score of 100 for both). In addition to its anabolic and androgenic activity, Methenolone is an agonist of the progesterone receptor (PR), and in relation to this, has moderate to strong progestogenic activity. In contrast, Methenolone Enanthate is not a substrate for aromatase and therefore has no estrogenic activity. The compound also has weak glucocorticoid activity. Like many other AAS, Methenolone Enanthate has the ability to produce insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1). This naturally occurring protein-based hormone affects every cell in the body and plays a large role in muscle recovery and rejuvenation. Methenolone Enanthate also has the ability to increase the number of IGF-1 receptors present in the body. Extreme muscle growth and cell breakdown compared to other AAS is facilitated by the administration of Methenolone Enanthate. IGF-1 facilitation plays an important role in the functions and properties of the central nervous system, pulmonary system, muscle tissue, ligaments, cartilage, and tendons. IGF-1 is promoted by only a few AAS, with Methenolone Enanthate being one of the best promoters. Methenolone Enanthate also has the ability to increase red blood cells. With more red blood cells, blood oxygenation is increased. This allows for increased muscular endurance and therefore promotes faster recovery. Methenolone Enanthate is capable of inhibiting glucocorticoids such as cortisol. The properties of glucocorticoids are opposite to androgens in that they contribute to muscle wasting and weight gain. Appointment Methenolone Enanthate is aimed at reducing the production of glucocorticoid hormones. Methenolone Enanthate 's contribution to feed efficiency, also known as nutrient efficiency, makes it an attractive AAS for agricultural purposes. Food is one of the most anabolic substances that any living organism can consume, and therefore every nutrient in the body becomes much more valuable with the intake of Methenolone Enanthate. This helps the body, which is exposed to AAS, to make better use of the nutrients already consumed. The non- fragrance nature of Methenolone Enanthate makes it a very attractive fat burning product.

Method of administration and dosage
Please consult your healthcare professional or pharmacist, and read the information on the product packaging.
In case of loss of muscle mass after operations, prolonged infections, serious illnesses, overdose of corticosteroid drugs or during the recovery period, this drug must be taken at a dosage of 10-200 mg in week
Side effects
Methenolone Enanthate, like any other AAS, has many side effects. The strong androgenic nature of Methenolone Enanthate contributes to its propensity to virilize, so it is not recommended for women for physique or performance enhancements. The side effects of Methenolone Enanthate are similar to those of other AAS; however, the negative side effects that Methenolone Enanthate especially contributes are as follows. Androgenic Methenolone Enanthate has an androgenic effect. Specific to the androgenic properties of Methenolone, common side effects of AAS use include oily skin, acne, seborrhea, increased facial / body hair growth, and accelerated scalp hair loss. These side effects are highly dependent on a person's genetics and may not always occur in every person. Men who are prone to hair loss conditions such as baldness are more likely to become permanently bald after taking Methenolone Enanthate. Women may experience decreased voice, hirsutism, enlarged clitoris and virilization in general. Hypogonadism Methenolone Enanthate significantly increases lean muscle mass and feed efficiency; however, the introduction of AAS suppresses the natural production of testosterone; those. it can cause hypogonadism. This is the overall effect of all AAS; the only difference is how much they are suppressive compared to others. Cardiovascular The use of any AAS can lead to cardiovascular disease. Methenolone Enanthate can have a negative and powerful effect on cholesterol by suppressing both high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol ("good" cholesterol) and raising low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol ("bad" cholesterol). Compared to oral AAS, Methenolone Enanthate has a stronger negative effect on cholesterol levels. This negative effect is much more pronounced when using injectable AAS, especially Methenolone Enanthate. "Tren cough" The exact mechanisms underlying the cause of the tren cough are unknown. However, the androgenic effect of Methenolone Enanthate activates various lipid-like active compounds called prostaglandins. Many of these prostaglandins are inflammatory and vasoconstrictor. Prostagland signals are transmitted in two different ways: cyclooxygenase (COX) (also known as prostaglandin endoperoxid synthase) and lipoxygenase (LOX) (also known as: EC 1.13.11.34, EC 1.13.11.33, etc.). The vasoconstriction of the muscular wall of the bronchi in the lungs causes this cough reaction. Methenolone increases levels of an inflammatory mediator peptide called bradykinin, which helps dilate blood vessels. It is well known that the bradykinin peptide promotes the cough response associated with ACE inhibitor drugs prescribed for hypertension. Estrogenic and Progestogenic Neither form of Methenolone, including Methenolone, is estrogenic. Excessive fluid retention is not possible with this AAS, as it does not have the estrogenic effect of testosterone. However, due to the strong progestogenic activity of Methenolone, gynecomastia, which is characterized by the development and swelling of breast tissue, is still possible. Stimulation of estrogenic mechanisms is provided by progestogenic activity, since Methenolone Enanthate and its compounds bind with high affinity to the progesterone receptor. It has been suggested that the gynecomastia resulting from Methenolone is due to the accumulation of the hormone prolactin; however, many studies have concluded that this is the progestogenic activity of Methenolone and not prolactin. Methenolone also negatively affects blood pressure, but does not appear to have the same negative effects in most healthy adult men.
Contraindication
Hypersensitivity to Methenolone Enanthate is a contraindication.
Methenolone is contraindicated in individuals with chronic liver and kidney disease.
With reasonable dosages and the correct duration of cycles, the drug is practically harmless and does not affect internal organs.
Overdose
Symptoms: hepatotoxicity and intoxication. During intoxication, sweating, nausea, and vomiting may occur. These symptoms can be eliminated by reducing the dose.
Treatment: in case of signs of poisoning, induce vomiting or gastric lavage, prescribe activated charcoal and a laxative, and consult a doctor.
Intoxication and hepatotoxicity are more likely in elderly patients and especially in young children (therapeutic overdose or accidental intoxication can be very dangerous for them).

Special instructions
Peliosis of hepatitis can occur in patients receiving anabolic steroids. These cysts may be present with minimal liver dysfunction, but they are associated with a liver defect. Symptoms are often not recognized until a life-threatening liver problem or intra-abdominal bleeding develops. Discontinuation of anabolic steroid treatment usually leads to complete disappearance of the lesions. Tumors in liver cells have also been reported. Many of these tumors are benign and estrogen dependent, but fatal malignant tumors have also been reported; discontinuation of the drug may lead to regression or cessation of tumor development. Even though androgen-related or anabolic steroid-related liver tumors, they are much more vascular than other liver tumors and may not manifest until life-threatening intra-abdominal hemorrhage develops. Changes in blood lipids associated with an increased risk of arteriosclerosis in patients taking androgens and anabolic steroids. These changes include a decrease in high density lipoprotein changes and sometimes an increase in low density lipoprotein. The changes can be very noticeable and should seriously affect the risk of changes in blood lipids associated with an increased risk of arteriosclerosis in patients taking androgens and anabolic steroids
